After more than 10 years of only using and distributing Paravant computers, in 2000, R. White Woods Inc. entered into a Value Added Re-seller (VAR) agreement with Juniper Systems to field test and market the new Allegro Field PC. We first saw the prototype at the annual Society of American Foresters (SAF) Convention in Portland, Oregon and immediately felt that this was the handheld computer that everybody has been waiting for. Following discussions and meetings with senior members of Juniper Systems we were convinced. The many new features, dual operating systems, large, clear, crisp screen and ability to use PCMCIA cards and to change font sizes with a keystroke are all features that we and our customers are pleased with.

Now, after using Allegros in the field and having positive feedback from our clients we know that we made the right choice. Most of all, the friendly, reliable and prompt response from the fine staff at the factory has made us feel glad we migrated to Juniper Systems and the Allegro Field PC.
